Product Returns
If our products do not meet your expectations and have not been worn, you can return them free of charge at our expense within 14 days from the date of receipt. Only products purchased through the e-shop can be returned.
REGISTERED CUSTOMER
- Log in to your account at www.petratoth.sk.
- Click on the Your Profile > Orders and Returns section.
- In the list of your orders, click "Return/Complaint" for the relevant order.
- Click "Return without reason (possible within 14 days)".
- Fill out the form and press Submit (no need to print or fill anything manually).
- Securely pack the product so it is not damaged during transport.
UNREGISTERED CUSTOMER
- Fill out the product return request.
- Attach a photo and the invoice number to the request.
- The invoice can be found at the link sent to you in the order confirmation email. Returns cannot be processed without the invoice attached.
- Please carefully check the information provided in the request, especially your email address and IBAN.
Product Return Request
All return requests must be registered in our system. After receiving your return request, we will send you an email within 24 hours with instructions on how to send the package back to us via Packeta at our expense.

We have 14 days from the date of receipt to process your return request. You will be notified by email when the package arrives at our warehouse.
