Return of goods

In the event that our products do not suit you and have not been worn, you have the option to return them free of charge at our expense within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. You can only return goods purchased through the e-shop.


REGISTERED CUSTOMER


  • Log in to your account at www.petratoth.sk/en/.
  • Click on Your Profile > Orders & Returns.
  • In the list of your orders, click on "return/refund" for the order in question.
  • Click on "Return without reason (possible within 14 days)".
  • Fill in the form and just Submit (you don't have to print or type anything manually).
  • Pack the product securely so that it is not damaged in transit.


UNREGISTERED CUSTOMER


  • Fill in the return request form.
  • Please attach a photo and invoice number to your application.
  • The invoice can be found at the link we sent you in the body of the order dispatch email. Returns cannot be accepted without the attached invoice.
  • Please check the details provided in the application carefully, especially the email address and IBAN.


REQUEST FOR RETURN OF GOODS


All return requests must be registered in our system. Once we have received your return request, we will email you further instructions within 24 hours on how to get your package directly to us via Packeta at our cost.

We have 14 days from the date of receipt to process your return request. We will notify you by email when the package has been delivered to our warehouse.
