From the Vernár Meadow
Jewelry inspired by protected meadow
flowers that grow in the meadows of the
national park in Vernár. These flowers
also inspired the richly decorated
traditional costume from Vernár. We
focused on the bonnet, which was
adorned with stylized Vernár flowers.
The bonnet is dotted with silver ornaments, like morning dew
that sparkles like crystal on the meadow flowers throughout the summer.
Purple, pink, and magenta jewelry adorned with icy crystals
was presented for the first time in the beautiful nature of Vernár itself.
Anyone could attend the vernissage, and I am grateful for the surprise
prepared by the women of Vernár, who allowed me to wear the local traditional costume.
